Ever Get The Feeling.....?
Have you ever had that feeling that someone was watching you.... or maybe even fondling you. You have to laugh at the fact that out of everything Clinton accomplished over his two terms as President, we still giggle when we see pictures like this because it reminds us of the one accomplishment he's most famous for. (H/T Ace)
This was Clinton's favorite painting, titled 'The Groper.'
It's sad that you can't even look at his painting without wondering where his hand is going.
