Pilots Report Seeing Laser Lights While Flying
Tue Feb 14, 2:16 PM ET Police are on alert after more than a dozen pilots reported someone shining a laser light at the plane while descending into Metro Airport.You just can't trust those Brady boys these days. Damn Hooligans!
The incident occurred in the Dearborn and Dearborn Heights areas, where 16 pilots reported seeing the laser pointer lights near the tower at Metro Airport, Local 4 reported.

I wish I could witness this actually happening--in order for you to tag a guy in a big plane from the ground with a laser, it has to be a pretty friggin' strong laser. And in order to actually see it, you need to be looking specificly right at it. In order to do damage, you, well, need a pretty friggin strong laser.
Like Star Wars strong.
Like blow up a death star strong.
