Keith Urban Concert... and a Nicole Kidman Spotting
Australian Flag - $20
Drive to Indiana - $30
Keith Urban Tickets - $38 each
Being 10 feet away from Nicole Kidman - Priceless
Keith? Keith who?
Almost forgot that we originally went to see Keith Urban when Nicole Kidman walked by. The last time we watched him in concert we had third row center floor seats, and he gladly signed our daughter's Australian flag and a few of our CD jackets. This time around we sat in the front row to the right of the stage, and the show was just as good as the last.
Whether you like country or not, this guy rocks. Since he's an Aussie, the flag my daughter brought along got his attention. Right before the concert started his manager walked up to us and gave us a couple of guitar picks and thanked us for being there.
That was classy.
Here are a few pictures from this year's show.
My little toothless Aussie with her flag and guitar pick
And one from the last concert we went to in Dayton.

Looks like a great show!
We saw John Mellencamp in Dayton last time he was in town. We had floor seats pretty close to the sound system which was dead center floor area rather than toward the back. His wife was there & I've never seen a supermodel up close. It was neat.
Nicole Kidman would have been even better! And, you're right...Keith who?? LOL
What fun! I'm a diehard country fan & like Keith Urban a bunch - my granddaughter (13) thinks he's so HOT! My grandsons would have been slavering over Nicole. Love the pic of your daughter.
Personally, I like the shirt he had on in the Dayton pic! The AL boys come from my neck of the woods.
Hey! Which show in Indiana did you attend? I was at the Evansville and Muncie shows, but do not remember the white railings. I guess I was in Urbanland!
Either way, they were both incredible shows even if Keith was under the weather.
We were at the Evansville show. Good gig, but definitely oriented more towards the ladies in the crowd. Hence, Nicole made the show for me. My wife is a Keith Fanatic.
Now if LL Cool J or Ziggy Marley came to town I'd be all over that.
