I see the need for a pilot/air crew to wear camo - should they ever need to do the whole escape/evade thing; but honestly, the other 95% of the air force who spend 99.9% of their daily life on a base....who do they have to hide from? Isn’t that a reason why people in the air force choose the air force over the other branches – so they can be on a base, not digging a ditch somewhere or living with 150 other smelly guys on some tiny boat?
IDK. That was one of the reasons I considered the air force back when I was weighing my options.
